Trampoline + tree-house = a paradise for kids :-)

Last weekend, we had a photo session at of one of our returning customers’ house. They have been using our services for the past 4 years. Once I entered their house, I saw an incredible amount of picture frames all around the house. These were pictures that I took in previous photo sessions. I have to say, it was beautiful! It made the house so cozy and welcoming (Mom and Dad have 4 kids!).

If you look at our photo package, we don't retain the customer's pictures. We give the client all the processed pictures at the highest resolution possible on a disk. Our customers are free to print any photos they want, to anywhere they wish. They can share them with anyone in any format. This client is using each package to its full potential.

Mom (client) said that receiving the disk of photos is a huge incentive. She uses the photos for all sorts of events throughout the year. She likes the fact that we are flexible and do different kinds of photo sessions (outdoor, indoor, etc). She doesn't even bother to purchase school pictures anymore. She also printed out on canvas several frames at Costco and gave them as gifts to close relatives (grandparents, brothers and sisters). She created several photo books too. Look at the example below....isn't it beautiful :-)

She loves the fact that she never has to go back to contact the photographer and order pictures. Our client pointed out that although the initial cost of the photo session was a little higher that some other photographers, she felt that she gets a great value due to her ongoing use of the photos without additional costs.

Entering their house on that day made me the happiest photographer!
